💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and technical implementation of a scalable real-time collaboration platform for creating interactive, data-driven content. Your work will directly support Singapore's national security leaders in translating complex analysis into strategic decisions. You'll explore prototyping AI-driven features such as AI-assisted copyediting and agent-based workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement real-time collaboration features like multi-user editing and conflict resolution
• Develop interactive data storytelling capabilities for dynamic charts and visualizations
• Build scalable microservices and APIs for high-concurrency performance
• Collaborate with product, design, and end-users to improve user experience

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of software engineering experience
• Experience with full stack web technologies such as ReactJS, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MinIO
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, Git, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment
• Good understanding of system architecture design and scalable service development

• Experience with agile software development practices
• Familiarity with AI-driven development and LLM-powered features
• Experience with WebSockets, OT, or rich-text engine customization
