You'll lead the mechanical engineering team developing complex electromechanical products like the Pod and new innovations from concept to production. Your impact will shape the hardware product roadmap and ensure high standards of performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical engineering across concept, prototyping, and production phases.
• Guide cross-functional trade-offs in thermals, fluids, mechanisms, and sensing.
• Shape hardware product roadmap with CPO and executive team.
• Hire, manage, and coach a team of mechanical and test engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years developing complex electromechanical systems.
• Track record of launching high-volume consumer hardware in Asia.
• Deep knowledge of injection molding and electronics/sensor integration.
• Experience leading early-stage product development from concept to production.

• Proficiency in thermal engineering, fluid systems, actuators, and soft goods.
• Experience scaling products to high volume production.
• BSME or equivalent.
