You'll build and scale TikTok Shop growth through affiliate partnerships and optimized e-commerce operations. You'll take ownership of scaling TikTok Shop operations and building a high-impact affiliate ecosystem that directly drives revenue. Work at the intersection of social commerce, influencer marketing, and performance analytics, turning creator partnerships into measurable GMV growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale
• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate network from the ground up
• Negotiate commission structures and maintain long-term creator relationships
• Launch and manage TikTok Live events, flash sales, and creator-led campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
• Demonstrated success scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and Seller Center
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, viral content formats, and platform dynamics
