💼 About This Role

You'll lead member care for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders in a fully virtual environment. You'll provide evidence-based treatment and prescribe medications as part of a collaborative care team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Provide care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications and respond to member questions
• Complete timely documentation in EHR and collaborate with care team

📋 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon
• 2+ years of experience in addiction or mental health
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
