💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business for Gravie's level-funded and ICHRA products, building broker partnerships and direct employer relationships in Ohio. Your core impact will be executing a disciplined sales process and achieving sales targets. You'll join a well-funded company with high customer satisfaction and a unique culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines.
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to employers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM systems.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance or benefits consulting.
  • Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
  • Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
  • Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.
