💼 About This Role

You'll join Helion's RaSNS department to apply radiation safety and diagnostic fundamentals supporting fusion energy research. You'll install, test, and maintain detection systems while improving workflows and expanding your capabilities. This role offers hands-on learning in tritium handling and fusion technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and maintain radiation detection and monitoring systems
• Configure detector, mechanical, and analytical equipment
• Apply scientific reasoning to evaluate system behavior
• Document test setups and system performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with dosimetry or detector equipment
• Introductory familiarity with vacuum or cryogenic systems
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and perform repeatable tasks
• Demonstrated ability to learn radiological materials work
