You'll serve as the primary analytical contact for the Operations department, translating complex operational questions into actionable insights. You'll own KPIs, driver trees, and data quality across domains, while proactively identifying bottlenecks and patterns. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate complex operational questions into analytical approaches
• Own KPI definitions, driver trees, and early deviation detection
• Work hands-on with messy data and standardize across domains
• Build predictive models and AI-driven analyses for business context

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytical role with direct stakeholder responsibility
• Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of data models
• Experience with BI tools, dbt, and Git
• English C1/C2 proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in operations-adjacent domain (Customer Success, Customer Care, etc.)
• Python skills
• German language proficiency
