Description

You will join the Benelux Operations tribe as the first point of contact for IT support across our distribution center and logistics hubs. You'll manage workplace technologies, support onboarding/offboarding, and lead projects to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• ~3 years of IT support or engineering experience in production/logistics environment
• Working knowledge of MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and common hardware/printing solutions
• Familiarity with corporate tools such as Google Workspace, Azure, Slack, Atlassian, Intune, Jamf, Snipe-IT
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for users
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN)

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for IT support in DC and logistics hubs
• Manage and improve workplace technologies and establish best practices
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose issues and deliver solutions
• Lead technical projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Optimise tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Azure, Atlassian) and automate IT processes
