💼 About This Role

You'll assist oral surgeons during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Your work directly improves patients' health and experience. You'll travel between Mansfield and Norwood offices as part of a supportive specialty dental team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare surgical area, instruments, and equipment before procedures
• Assist surgeon during procedures anticipating needs
• Monitor and record patient vitals ensuring comfort and safety
• Maintain clean and sterile instruments and surgical areas

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience as surgical assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• High school diploma and surgical assistant certification if required
• Active state radiology license if required
