💼 About This Role

You'll provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, performing diagnostic tests, developing individualized care plans, and educating clients and families to promote health and independent living.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements
• Implement integumentary protective interventions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate clients, family members, or representatives

📋 Requirements

• A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from a program approved by APTA or CAAHEP
