Your core impact is turning customers into long-term partnerships through strategic account management and revenue expansion.   • Own portfolio end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, QBRs, renewals
  • Drive net revenue retention through upsell and cross-sell
  • Monitor customer health data to catch churn risk early
  • Translate customer feedback into product team insights
  • Stay close to electronics industry trends and supply chain challenges

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience owning retention and expansion targets
  • Comfortable with revenue conversations and pipeline management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Analytical and data-driven in prioritizing portfolio
