Your core impact is turning customers into long-term partnerships through strategic account management and revenue expansion. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own portfolio end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, QBRs, renewals
- Drive net revenue retention through upsell and cross-sell
- Monitor customer health data to catch churn risk early
- Translate customer feedback into product team insights
- Stay close to electronics industry trends and supply chain challenges
๐ Requirements
- B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience owning retention and expansion targets
- Comfortable with revenue conversations and pipeline management
- Fluent in German and English
- Analytical and data-driven in prioritizing portfolio
