🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Engineers
• Guide customers through deployment and optimization of CodeRabbit
• Establish onboarding frameworks and adoption best practices
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• 2+ years leading Field Engineering or similar teams
• Experience with software development tools and cloud infrastructure
• Experience managing technical escalations in production environments

• Experience with Kubernetes or Terraform
• Experience with GitHub Actions or modern DevOps tooling
• Familiarity with AI-native developer tooling
