Description

As a Solutions Architect specializing in Transaction Monitoring, you will act as the technical lead on client implementations, conducting architectural overviews, managing rule-building processes, integrating APIs, and serving as a liaison between product engineering and professional services to deliver successful client outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products in client-facing role
• Experience with REST APIs, data manipulation, and ETL processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to gain diverse audience confidence
• Previous software development experience in Python or SQL (preferred)
• Experience working with payments processors or banking platforms (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead on Transaction Monitoring client implementations
• Conduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs to propose product solutions
• Manage the transaction monitoring rule-building process independently
• Integrate Alloy's API into client applications and perform end-to-end testing
• Serve as liaison between Product Engineering, Professional Services, and clients
