• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through product promotion and social media
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
