💼 About This Role
You'll join Spotify's Central Europe Marketing team for a 1-year fixed term in Berlin, bringing the brand to life through culturally relevant campaigns and live experiences. You'll collaborate across global and regional teams to shape how Spotify shows up in culture across the DACH region. This role offers the chance to work on integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations for a leading global brand.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Bring Spotify’s brand to life through live experiences and brand activations
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns from idea to launch
- Use audience insights and cultural trends to shape local marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with external agencies, managing briefs and timelines
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in integrated marketing campaigns or brand activations
- Understanding of music and youth culture across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Fluent in German and comfortable working in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
