You'll manage strategic cruise line partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and AI-enabled workflows. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll coordinate cross-functional executives and shape how global travel partners evolve their revenue strategies.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of global cruise line partners as primary strategic contact
- Translate partner goals into actionable growth strategies and measurable outcomes
- Analyze historical performance data to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Drive adoption of new solutions to increase ancillary revenue and partner performance
π Requirements
- Experience in partner management, account management, or strategic sales roles
- Strong background in data-driven storytelling and commercial analysis
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute account growth strategies
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with travel, cruise, airline, hospitality, or mobility ecosystem
- Experience in matrixed organizations with cross-functional coordination
