💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of TwelveLabs' video agent platform and own flagship end-user applications. You'll drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch, building multiple engineering teams. This is a builder role for someone deeply technical who leads from the front in a fast-moving AI company.

• Drive development of video agent platform and developer experience

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing multiple teams
• Experience building intelligent or agentic systems with foundation models
• Track record of shipping polished end-user experiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with video pipelines or multimodal systems
• Background in developer platforms and consumer applications
• Startup experience in high-growth environments
