Description

You will design and build onboarding, reinforcement, and certification programs for Customer Care agents and other teams at Plata Colombia. You'll create learning content across multiple formats and maintain a structured knowledge base to empower internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience in instructional design
• Experience building training programs from scratch
• Ability to create clear, well-structured materials
• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Fluent English
