💼 About This Role

You'll step into a player-coach role, driving your own outbound performance while mentoring junior SDRs and shaping team best practices at Zen Educate, a tech-driven platform transforming education staffing. You'll lead by example, support performance development, and help grow the team's impact as we expand across the UK and US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for new schools via calls, emails, and messages
• Coach and support junior SDRs and build team best practices
• Book qualified meetings for Account Managers and AEs
• Provide live call feedback and run call shadowing sessions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years outbound sales experience (B2B SaaS or EdTech preferred)
• Track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Confident communicator and love speaking with new people
• Organised, coachable, and manage time effectively

• Experience in EdTech or Education Recruitment
• Previous mentoring or coaching experience
