Description

You will enhance the Financial Planning and Analysis function at a health benefits technology company, moving beyond reporting to provide financial foresight that drives decision-making. You will collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams such as Customer Experience, Sales, and Product to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years FP&A experience in high-growth tech or healthcare
• Adaptive Planning/Insights and NetSuite experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling
• Strong AI skills including generative AI tools like Gemini
• Knowledge of GAAP (Accruals, COGS, Capitalization)

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Serve as dedicated FP&A partner for General Administrative teams
• Manage corporate financial areas including People, Facilities, cash flow, and Benefits modeling
• Develop corporate reporting with variance analysis and dashboards
• Support three-year long-range financial plan development
