🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle incoming calls, resolve issues, and enter orders
• Prepare bids and quotations, follow up with customers
• Document interactions and sales activities in ACS system
• Collaborate with Outside Sales on account management

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
• Organizational and multitasking skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in industrial distribution or fluid handling
• Knowledge of ACS or CRM systems
• Bilingual Spanish skills
