  • Manage post-sales activity for Enterprise customers
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer C-suite
  • Conduct Quarterly Strategic Business Reviews
  • Handle escalations and resolve cross-team issues

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Customer Success Management experience
  • 5+ years of Travel industry experience
  • Excellent project management skills
