💼 About This Role

You'll shape platform safety policies at Lyft, leading a transition to an LLM-first Safety Policy and Operations function. You'll own the unified policy taxonomy and collaborate across teams to ensure a safe and reliable transportation experience. This role blends people management and strategic IC work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic vision for LLM-first Safety Policy and Operations function
• Own unified policy taxonomy creation, maintenance, and depreciation
• Lead transition from current safety policy to modular LLM-infused model
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Community Safety, Legal, Product, etc.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Trust & Safety policy experience in digital services
• Experience developing Trust & Safety policy taxonomies and policies
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal business stakeholders
• Strategic and problem-solving skills with data analysis ability
