You'll lead a globally distributed team of data scientists and ML engineers, building advanced data platforms for attribution, experimentation, and personalization. This role is central to shaping how data optimizes marketing performance and product decision-making. You'll work with cross-functional partners to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a distributed team of data scientists and ML engineers
• Define and drive roadmap for ML systems and ad tech capabilities
• Architect ML pipelines, feature engineering, and A/B testing frameworks
• Manage real-time and batch data pipelines for ad events and attribution

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or applied data science
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles
• Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and causal inference
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, or MLflow

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with audience segmentation and personalization systems
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving measurement techniques
• PhD in Computer Science or related field
