• Simplify complex product features into clear documentation and videos.
• Collaborate with agile teams on design and workflow mapping.
• Create and deliver multimedia content for new releases.

📋 Requirements

• Healthcare operational experience (quality, safety, care management, etc.)
• Background in EMR implementation, training, or product support.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Confluence and Camtasia or similar tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
