💼 About This Role

You'll lead environmental due diligence and permitting for data center developments across North America. You'll manage Section 404 and air permits to align with project timelines. This role offers a chance to shape sustainable digital infrastructure at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage environmental due diligence including Phase I ESAs and noise studies
• Lead permitting efforts for Section 404, air permits, and environmental impact studies
• Evaluate data center designs for environmental impacts like noise and air
• Communicate environmental obligations to internal teams and customers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in environmental due diligence and permitting
• Experience with Section 404 permitting, air permitting, and noise studies
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced environment
