💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary provider of direct guest services inside the venue, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. You'll answer questions, scan tickets, assist with seating and resolve concerns. This role offers the chance to work live events at a premier entertainment venue.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to key venue areas
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event access
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
