🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and welcome new hires.
• Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with Portuguese labor law framework.
