• Oversee and optimize CTO's calendar for efficient time allocation
• Manage meeting logistics, travel, and stakeholder engagement
• Drive cross-functional coordination and operational improvements
• Coordinate team culture activities and event support

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years supporting leadership as Executive Business Partner or similar
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations
