Description

As the strategic and technical lead for a major enterprise account, you will guide customers through digital transformation using Celonis' process intelligence platform. You'll architect AI solutions, advise C-level executives, and coordinate internal teams to drive measurable business value.

Requirements

• Principal-level client-facing technical role experience
• Strong conceptual understanding of data pipelines and streaming
• Solid grasp of Generative AI deployment in enterprise (RAG, private hosting, data masking)
• Conceptual understanding of modern enterprise stack (SAP experience helpful)
• Strong proficiency in German required

Responsibilities

• Advise CIOs and CFOs on technical strategy and business outcomes
• Advise on near real-time data ingestion strategies (streaming APIs, Kafka, micro-batching)
• Architect secure enterprise-grade AI solutions with RAG and data governance
• Lead multidisciplinary team of Applied AI engineers and Data Scientists
• Act as bridge between customer and Celonis Product/Engineering
