Description

You will oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients for Mitratech's Managed Bill Review solution, driving client success and delivering legal spend analytics. Your role combines strategic relationship management with data analysis to influence decisions and improve outcomes for clients in legal, risk, or insurance environments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required; macros preferred)
• Strong organizational skills to manage 20–30 enterprise clients
• Proven ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships
• Experience in legal, insurance, or risk environments

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise client relationships across assigned portfolio
• Deliver complex legal spend analytics and translate into insights for senior stakeholders
• Drive client adoption through onboarding, training, and analytics support
• Lead stewardship/QBR meetings and maintain contact with key decision-makers
• Partner with product and engineering on prioritization and testing
