💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Wellist on the ground at multiple Boston hospitals, engaging employees in-person to drive enrollment in employee support programs. Your core impact is closing the gap between available resources and actual usage by building trust and guiding employees through enrollment. This role is fully onsite with local travel required across hospital locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage employees in person at hospital sites to drive program activation
• Guide employees through the enrollment process with clarity and empathy
• Build relationships with managers and key influencers to generate referrals
• Deliver presentations that translate into advocacy and organic enrollment
