Description
You will lead the regional RevOps function and build a high-performing team that acts as a strategic partner to GTM leadership. You'll establish best-in-class operating rhythms across forecasting, pipeline performance, and KPI governance, ensuring leaders have trusted insights and can act quickly. This role combines strategic planning, analytical rigor, and cross-functional influence to drive measurable business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations, or similar
- 8+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, Strategy, FP&A, or Analytics
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, coaching high-performing teams
- Track record of delivering strategic initiatives that improve revenue outcomes and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Own and lead weekly business cadence with GTM leadership, delivering clear narrative on pipeline health, performance trends, risks, and actions
- Drive forecasting rigor across EOM/EOQ/EOY, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability
- Lead bi-weekly deep dives into New Business and Account Management performance, identifying leading indicators and conversion trends
- Facilitate MBR and QBR sessions, providing executive-level view of performance against targets
- Lead monthly quota, coverage, and capacity analysis, providing data-driven recommendations
