Description

You will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Mark Morris Dance Center, providing customer service, program registration support, and assisting with facilities and safety operations.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Ability to enforce policies with diplomacy
• Familiarity with software like MindBody, Active, Zendesk, EMS
• Availability for weekly 1-hour team meeting
• Designated Fire Guard duties

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for visitors, answering calls and emails
• Enforce Dance Center policies through core values
• Respond to inquiries in Zendesk, maintain knowledge of software systems
• Assist with Children/Teens registration and manage check-ins
• Relay facility requests and assist with emergency response
