You'll lead a high-performing Customer Success organization for a digital marketplace serving strategic distribution partners. You'll define strategies to expand partner engagement and drive revenue growth. This remote role offers direct influence on enterprise growth and cross-functional leadership at the intersection of partnerships, product, and marketing.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead Customer Success strategy for enterprise demand partners
- Oversee team driving partner success, engagement, and long-term growth
- Develop strategies to expand partnerships across broader audiences
- Serve as primary connector between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success teams
- Build and standardize Customer Success playbooks and onboarding frameworks
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, or Channel Management
- Strong background in B2B2C environments, digital marketplaces, or HR tech
- Proven ability to grow and expand enterprise partnerships beyond initial scope
- Experience managing teams while actively involved in strategic client relationships
