You'll manage a diverse patient panel in a human-centered primary care setting as part of a team dedicated to transforming healthcare. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• Licensed in California by start date
• At least 2 years in outpatient primary care within the past 5 years
