🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations across hotel, multi-family, and condo assets
• Ensure compliance with bylaws, HOA/board requirements, and board elections
• Lead property inspections, vendor management, and capital projects
• Prepare and manage annual operating budget and financial reporting

📋 Requirements

• CAM license and 8–10+ years in property management and hospitality
• Deep knowledge of condo governance including bylaws and board management
• Proven track record managing complex mixed-use assets with strong financial results
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or equivalent)
