Description

You will drive partner operations excellence and power Coveo's growth through alliances. You'll optimize partner programs, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable a high-performing go-to-market engine. This is a cross-functional role where analytical rigor meets strategic impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, or Channel Programs
• Strong understanding of partner-sourced pipeline models and attribution frameworks
• Experience supporting alliances, resellers, ISVs, GSIs, or OEM partners
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM and PRM reporting and dashboards
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including financial modeling and analytical functions

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize partner operations across the full lifecycle
• Design and improve partner programs for ISVs, GSIs, and SIs
• Build scalable processes for partner performance visibility and data accuracy
• Develop dashboards tracking key metrics like partner-sourced ARR and pipeline velocity
• Collaborate with Alliances leadership to forecast channel revenue and surface growth opportunities
