Description

Join AlphaSights' Research Compliance team to review expert profiles, project requirements, and written outputs for compliance with legal policies and regulations. You'll collaborate with Research, Legal, and Client Protection teams, train stakeholders, and maintain compliance policies. This role offers autonomy and exposure to a fast-growing global business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials (minimum 2:1) and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
• 0-1 year of work experience as a Compliance Associate, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar; recent graduates with high potential welcome
• Fantastic proofreading experience and acute attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, remain organized, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Persistence, drive, and goal-focused mindset
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review expert profiles and project requirements for the delivery of expert knowledge to our clients by the Research team
• Format, proofread, and screen written output (transcripts) to ensure compliance with AlphaSights’ legal and compliance policies and regulations
• Work with the Research team and other stakeholders to resolve compliance flags
• Provide legal and compliance training to the Research team and other stakeholders
• Draft and maintain compliance policies for Research services
