• Oversee full recruitment cycle for plant employees
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to management

• Manage employee relations and grievance handling

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of Employment Standards legislation
• Experience in a unionized environment with grievance handling

✨ Nice to Have

• CPHR designation or working toward it
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS
• Occupational Health & Safety experience
