🎯 What You'll Do
- Run focused discovery with builders on workflows and timelines.
- Deliver workflow-driven demos communicating product value.
- Own fast transactional sales cycle from handoff to close.
- Build pipeline through outreach and community engagement.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in homebuilding or residential construction.
- End-to-end sales experience including closing.
- Track record exceeding quota-driven expectations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% locally/regionally.
