- Identify, engage, and convert qualified e-commerce founders into membership programs
- Build and manage pipeline through events, social outreach, and direct prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and guide through application process
- Maintain disciplined CRM management with accurate tracking and pipeline metrics
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in business development or sales with proven track record exceeding targets
- Strong background or direct exposure to e-commerce ecosystems (Amazon, Shopify, DTC, TikTok Shop)
- Experience closing high-ticket deals or memberships with measurable conversion results
- Hands-on experience managing pipeline using CRM tools (Go High Level or similar)
