You'll manage end-to-end onboarding for upsell prospects, acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and members. Your core impact is streamlining processes, coordinating with sales, legal, compliance, and tech teams to ensure efficient go-live and remove obstacles. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist prospects and BD/AM with go-live for upsell opportunities
• Follow up on onboarding process with compliance, legal, technical teams
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to remove obstacles
• Monitor and update CRM for data accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field
• 2-4 years experience in sales support or customer service in B2B/fintech
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot)
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLookup
