💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a technical leader designing and optimizing security platforms for Deel's remote-first global environment. You'll own the lifecycle of multiple security solutions, translating compliance requirements into actionable controls. This role is crucial for advancing defense-in-depth capabilities and protecting sensitive data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as SME for EDR tools, optimizing policies and threat detection rules
• Configure and tune SWG, CASB, and ZTNA security policies
• Improve SaaS security posture using SSPM tools and resolve configuration drifts
• Manage DLP policies across endpoints, network, SaaS, and cloud assets

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with EDR, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DLP
• Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE, NIST, CIS, ISO27001
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders for enterprise security rollout

• CISSP certification
