Description

You will enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference, with caseloads building rapidly. Clinical work is performed from home with flexible hours, and you'll collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between psychiatric and counselor providers.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• Open to licensing in additional states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations (e.g., LGBTQ+, transgender) desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth
• Collaborate with prescribers and team members in regular virtual staffing meetings
• Manage a rapidly building caseload with clinical autonomy
• Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
