You'll lead a customer support team to deliver exceptional service for Starlink's satellite internet customers. Your core impact is empowering agents and driving process improvements to enhance customer experience.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Supervise and coach a team of customer support agents providing feedback and evaluations
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Analyze metrics and identify trends to drive process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline service delivery
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years customer service experience
- 2+ years people management in customer support with teams of 25+
- Willingness to work 4th shift (Sat-Wed, 3:30PM-2:00AM)

- 2+ years in synchronous (phone/chat) support operations
- Experience with data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, dashboards)
- Lean/6-Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
