You'll lead a customer support team to deliver exceptional service for Starlink's satellite internet customers. Your core impact is empowering agents and driving process improvements to enhance customer experience.

  • Supervise and coach a team of customer support agents providing feedback and evaluations
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Analyze metrics and identify trends to drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline service delivery

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years customer service experience
  • 2+ years people management in customer support with teams of 25+
  • Willingness to work 4th shift (Sat-Wed, 3:30PM-2:00AM)

  • 2+ years in synchronous (phone/chat) support operations
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, dashboards)
