💼 About This Role

You'll build and manage an ecosystem of partners, including agencies, VC/PE firms, and influencers, to drive structured partner engagement and generate network-sourced leads for Omniscient Digital. You'll coordinate co-marketing campaigns, events, and referral systems alongside founders and internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a tiered ecosystem of agency, VC/PE, and influencer partners.
• Drive lead referrals, co-branded content, and educational workshops.
• Host and attend in-person events like dinners, conferences, and networking.
• Track partner performance with KPIs and optimize pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in partnership development, business development, or community engagement.
• Relationship management skills with external and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational skills managing multiple projects and partners.
• East Coast based (ideally NYC) or ability to travel frequently.
