💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Quality Management System for a fluid power solutions provider serving aerospace, defense, and industrial clients. Your core impact is ensuring regulatory compliance while driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and improvement of Business Management System
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9120, and ITAR
• Drive Root Cause Analysis and CAPA initiatives
• Manage internal and external audit programs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of quality management system experience in aerospace/defense
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100/AS9120, and ITAR
• Experience managing document control and supplier quality programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with hydraulic or electrical systems
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 6S
• MS Access experience preferred
