💼 About This Role

You'll lead store operations at Sandbox VR, the most advanced location-based VR experience. You'll coach team members and create unforgettable guest moments from arrival to gameplay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet guests and guide them through the VR journey
• Calibrate and troubleshoot proprietary VR gear
• Open/close store and manage daily audits
• Coach team members and train new hires

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in retail/hospitality leadership
• Physically able to stand and lift up to 40 lb
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable and on-time
