💼 About This Role

You'll be the bridge between public safety customers and Skydio's technical teams, driving adoption and retention of autonomous drone solutions. You'll manage ~20 accounts, ensure renewals, and help shape product feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable processes for customer onboarding and post-sales success
• Manage implementation projects for enterprise customers
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins
• Drive adoption to ensure expansions and renewals of accounts

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer success or account management experience
• Experience with SLED industries (Public Safety, Law Enforcement)
• Ability to travel 40% of the time
• Ability to obtain Part 107 certificate

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with commercial UAS and software deployment
• Proven track record of driving implementation and adoption of hardware or software in large enterprises
